Calibration and repair of industrial measurement equipment
We service pressure, temperature and flow instruments for process and utility plants — in our workshop or on site during a shutdown window. Every job leaves with a certificate traceable to national standards.

Workshop calibration
Pressure gauges, transmitters, thermocouples, RTDs and signal converters. Typical turnaround is five working days.
On-site servicing
Loop checks, field recalibration and fault-finding at your plant, scheduled around planned maintenance windows.
Records and documentation
Certificates, as-found and as-left readings, and a register you can hand to an auditor without rebuilding it first.
Capabilities
The workshop covers pressure from vacuum to 700 bar, temperature from −40 °C to 650 °C, and DC voltage, current and resistance for loop and signal work. Reference instruments are recalibrated annually against standards held by an accredited laboratory.
Most of our work is repeat maintenance for water treatment, food processing and district heating sites. We keep instrument histories on file, so a returning gauge is checked against its own previous results rather than a generic tolerance.
If an instrument is beyond economical repair we say so in writing, with the measured drift attached. We do not sell replacement hardware.
